It's quite a perfect portrait photography, I would recommend that you lower green tones on the shirt, but it's more about personal taste than fancy kinda technico-artistico critics.

You did much more than photoshopping with your fingers, though this is a nice way to describe it. This is a beautiful composition, where the use of light and position of the face either tells a romantic story, or gives a powerful point of view about the obvious strong personality of "Heather", or both. The arms hidden behind the body enhance an idea of vulnerability, that contrasts and works well with the power of the expression of Heather.

Finally, there is a kind of purity in there, did you ever think you could have shot a nude with the same compo and subject (keep the necklaces:)). Hide the breast a little with hair, and you get another extraordinary picture.
